If you love mini sessions, keep reading and take note of what I’m offering. Below are examples, in order, of the mini sessions I’ll be offering for the rest of the year. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to offer Fall sessions, other than this truck option because my calendar is almost full.

I’ve sat back for years and admired these sessions and this year, I’m feeling froggy, so I’m going to jump at the chance to host a session myself. As soon as I posted the link on my facebook page, I had two spots filled, almost immediately! So I’m pretty excited about this session myself. This session will be in Duluth at the train museum. The Fall Truck minis is one of my favorite sessions. I make this as family oriented as I can. You can bring your pets if you wish. The set will look as close to these photos as possible. Can you believe this isn’t even half of the photos this mama received? My sessions come with a promise of ten photos but there’s always an option to buy more, if you wish. I have a heavy finger, so I always take more photos than needed. But who doesn’t like options, right? When has too many ever been a problem? This session doesn’t have a date yet but will be offered as soon as pumpkins are sold.

This session here, is a client favorite. All the kids love this session. Kids of all ages have a fun time playing with the ornaments and decorating the tree however they wish. Their parents are able to sit back and enjoy the placement, no matter how close to the ground or how bunched up the ornaments are together. Once the kids are finished decorating, I grab a family photo in front of the tree. This session has been in the same place, the last few years. I have a spot, in Flowery Branch that is perfect. It’s a little patch of woods, off the main road. It’s perfect for a country, wooded theme.

The photo below is not mine. A photographer friend let me borrow this image to show what this session will look like. She’s photographed this set several times. If you’d like to check her out, she’s Victoria Nielson Photography on FaceBook. This will be my first time doing this session and I’m so excited. I can’t wait to dress my daughter up and do this. Hopefully, I can get my husband on board. If I’m lucky, this may be our Christmas card this year. This session will be held at Mayberry Acres, in Canton. It’s a drive, for some, but I promise you, it’s worth it. Trust me. At least once, if you’re on the fence. This will be a Christmas session you don’t want to miss out on.

This White Barn session will be held at Mayberry Acres, as well. I photographed one family here, last year, and I can’t wait to go back. This white barn holds all the charm and rustic beauty for a good, ole country Christmas background. During this session, I begin gathering the family in the doorway. I place mom and dad on the bench, with the children standing around them. After that, I will move all around this area, photographing certain groupings of the family, along with individual photos of the family. I have my usual shot list I use for every session but if you have a prefered shot list, I can use your ideas instead of mine.

Last but not least, is everyone’s favorite. PHOTOS WITH SANTA!!!! This Santa is the best Santa I’ve ever worked with. He’s very patient with fussy toddlers. He brings all of his own bag of tricks to create the perfect photo for your family. He’s the child whisperer if your child is slow to move, doesn’t like strangers, non verbal or even high strung adults who aren’t comfortable in a crowd. This is just a few of the clients I’ve worked with and this Santa was a huge hit with their family. He will even let the parents pull out their phone, if they want to make a TikTok. Here’s a little insider info. Santa taught me how to use TikTok. He’s even hipper than I am…but Santa is full of magic…so I can’t beat myself up over that. Right?
